Emanon Equities is fielded by a team of well-seasoned
professionals with years of experience in their
respective fields. For the sake of brevity, only senior
management is identified.
The Principals

Jerrold Gorelick,
CEO -
As founder of Emanon Equities, Mr.
Gorelick has personally initiated and overseen the
development, construction and completion of hundreds of
homes and thousands of square feet of commercial space.
He has more than 25 years of experience in land
acquisition, development, design and management. In
recent years, Mr. Gorelick has expanded his focus in
geographic terms – by partnering on projects both
domestically and internationally – and functional terms
– by integrating the precepts of New Urbanism into
otherwise typically suburban development areas.

Jeremy Gorelick,
President - As President of
Emanon Equities, Mr. Gorelick is charged with oversight
of daily firm activities and selection of new
professional ventures. He has been responsible for
recent expansions and policies in the firm, including
Energy Smart technology, traditional pedestrian-friendly
neighborhoods and a new focus on multi-family
developments.
Construction Staff
Robert Swisher, Senior Construction
Liaison -
Charged with the crucial task
of channeling information between the construction and
sales staffs, Mr. Swisher is responsible for ensuring
timely delivery of homes and commercial space to
homeowners and tenants. In the course of his
twenty-year tenure in construction and real estate
development, he has a perfect record for on-time and
accurate completion.
Evan Bloom, Development Associate -
Mr. Bloom is charged with site
selection, public relations and event planning for the
firm's developments. In addition, he facilitates
communication between the sales, billing and
construction office. He has a long and colorful
history in the hotel and resort industry of the
Catskills, working with the resorts at Kutsher's,
Concord and Grossinger's. He has also served a
consultant on government economic revival councils
throughout the area as well as a consultant for the
Gerry Foundation (builder/developer of the Bethel Woods
Performing Arts Center on the site of the 1969 Woodstock
festival).
George Frangos -
As senior construction
supervisor, Mr. Frangos is responsible for overseeing
construction on all sites under development by Emanon
Equities as well as guaranteeing on-time completion.
With over fifteen years in a management role, he has a
solid background and understanding of the industry. He
is additionally charged with preliminary introductions
and interactions with local vendors in each area where
the firm begins to build a community.
Executive Office Staff
Donna McNaugton,
Office Manger – Long Island -
Donna has advanced training in Property Management
systems and regularly conducts firm-wide professional
development sessions. Donna oversees the activities off
all regional offices of Emanon Equities in addition to
managing client relations and the work of the Customer
Relations department.
Nicole M. Zotta,
Office Manager – Monticello -
Having over six years of Human Resources Administration
experience, Nicole handles the day-to-day clerical
operations in our Monticello Office. Before joining the
Emanon Team, Nicole worked for Sullivan County Community
College and C & D Technologies, an industry leader in
industrial-sized battery manufacturing.
