Jerrold Gorelick
Experience
As founder of Emanon Equities, Mr. Gorelick has personally initiated and
overseen the development, construction and completion of hundreds of
homes and thousands of square feet of commercial space. He has
more than 25 years of experience in land acquisition, development,
design and management. In recent years, Mr. Gorelick has expanded his
focus in geographic terms – by partnering on projects both domestically
and internationally – and functional terms – by integrating the precepts
of New Urbanism into otherwise typically suburban development areas.
