The Peachtree Building is a 25,000 square foot mixed-use building that was originally constructed in 1920 to serve as the largest hardware store in Monticello, Sullivan County’s county seat.  After years of disuse, Emanon Equities of Sullivan County and its associated companies redeveloped the building, added a second floor, and installed new electric, plumbing, fire safety, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.  In the past eighteen months, the building has welcomed the following tenants:
